Likely isn't going to be in the weekend itself however, the last set of bullroarers was through the week itself too. So it either goes live tonight or tomorrow evening or we'll have to wait till next week.

EDIT: I'm stupid, just saw you said 'week' instead of 'weekend' disregard my post.
    The road goes ever on.

Since you locked the patch notes thread, i have to ask here. Can you tell us why T3 difficulty will be released weeks after initial release of instances?
    That really makes no sense.

I guess you need more time to balance T3 but if its not ready then dont release it, wait for t3 to be ready then release it

Not to mention it gives them an opportunity to tweak the numbers based on how the prior tiers end up working out. It's a newer thing, so it can't hurt for it's debut to the public be on a better foot than a worse foot.

This is a really good and clever decision, so we have new challenge after a couple of weeks, because if someone finished T3, he will never "downgrade" to T2 oder T1. With this decision you can raise the difficulty slowly. I like this! It would be much better if they release T1, then T2 and finally T3 in a bunch of weeks, so we can experience the hole range of difficulties.

So that they can balance T3 based on people with the best gear I assume.

    Makes perfect sense actually:
    1) People can enjoy landscape content and leveling couple of weeks without the need of rush to endgame
    2) People can do T1/T2 versions on LIVE servers and give feedback. Lot's of people are not using BR for various reasons.
    3) SSG have more time to work on T3 mechanics (which should be really challenging)
    4) SSG can use people's feedback of LIVE servers and have more time to fix bugs and polish instances overall for T3
    5) More people will be at level cap after couple of weeks and can give CORRECT feed-back on instances and class changes overall so SSG can use this info for T3

And T3 version shouldn't be on BR at all to maintain any healthy race of progression for end-game enthusiast.

Also, i really hope SSG is approaching the same way for upcoming raid. We all know what happened to Mordor's instance cluster and raid, when SSG solely was dependant on info of 2 kins, who had their own agendas in mind and sat BR for 8 weeks.
