All Problems from build 1/2 are still here. Specially on lv75 lv cap that is a hug Problem.
Having 60k Moral tanks and 30k Moral dps clases who do 20k dps and every char who got every single stat capped is quite boring for lv 75 orthanc and other Content!
Please do not Forget all the People who are currently playing Oldschool orthanc Projects on the different Servers!!!
Ye issues remain with the new balance changes. Through every level and old endgame cap aswell. Main issue for sure is that now that mainstat only giving 2 mastery per 1 mainstat, it's now useless, for every class. Values on pure mastery however, has been buffed or remains the same, so every item giving mastery will be far superior to any item that doesn't have it. Showing the new level 120 essences here, but the essence scaling is the same for other levels aswell:
So Will/Might/Agility essences only provide 1052 mastery, while the mastery essences provide 5837. A difference that is not hard to ignore. This also 100% transfers to pure stats on gear with no essence slots, where mainstat being utter useless compared to mastery or crit. Basically all gear at level 120 that does not include an essence slot will be utter trash compared to gear that have essence slot. Cus of the stat differences.
Here's an example from level 75 endgame gear, where one piece have mastery, while other has power (which kinda translates to gear that has fate on level 120):
Both items have rougly the same might at 250 and 253 providing 500 and 506 mastery. Now compare mastery from might to the mastery on the left item; 1365. That's more mastery than from a mainstat Will/Might/agility level 120 essence! WHich is on BR #4 stated above; 1052 mastery.
Only solution as i see it is kinda reverting mainstat back to what it was, giving 8 mastery per 1 mainstat. Or buff numbers on mainstat on gear, but then the secondary ratings like crit from agility, will be way too much.

Compared to the same Level mastery essence. The mainstats need to be 2550.
Still less mastery but for this they gain a few other defensive stats.
At least might, agility and will would be to powerful with crit and tac mit in addition, this both should be around 1700.
Still everything at lv 75 and other non lv cap Levels bugged as hell.

The stats now are a REAL MESS. Something profoundly went wrong..... This is worse than BR patch 4, and worse than it is on live, which was, afterall, ok. Old stats fitted instance scaling ..... WHich can't be said for instances now + landscape.
1314 mastery from Might/Will/Agility Essences, and 12487 mastery from Mastery Essence. (Almost 10x the amount.)
1642,5 crit from Fate essence, and 9249 from Critical Rating essence.
- Even if Agility/Might/Will still provided 8 mastery per 1 mainstat, the new mastery essences would outperform them by loads.
Here's some examples from other levels, showing the exact same problem, with mastery and crit outperforming mainstat:
Compare that now to what the ratings are on live, with 8 mastery from each might:
3128 mastery from old Might/Will/Agility Essences vs 4198 from a Mastery Essence. (This is balanced since it gives room for the other stats might gives like parry/block.
Recap: All mastery and crit stats through every levelcap are wayyyy too strong, OR mainstat too weak. It simply makes huge disparities on pieces that has crit/mastery vs fate/mainstat. The problem isn't only for essences. Every gear piece, every essence, where crit and mastery contributes as pure stat, are too strong compared to Mainstat and fate. Same with difference on gearpieces that has essence slot, and not. Essence slotted pieces will outperform non-essence slottedpieces by XX amounts.
The difference between mainstat contributions and pure mastery/crit contributions has gone even worse than last build, which was already big. Already posted about it earlier in this thread. Best thing at this point will just be to revert everything back to what it is on live and redo stat curves once again for level 120 I guess.....

Heres also some level 75 items to prove, on live Gongloch has 660 mastery or something, and Rossechor has 134 vitality. Stats been boosted by alot and a 75 char has no problem capping everything if maxed.
