I'm reading some people got theirs, but not others. I'm in the no camp, even though if I make new characters on other live servers I get it. It's a minor thing but it was one of my favorite mounts. Wondering if I need to put in a ticket or what?

If you log out to chargen (not exiting the game) and then relog it should grant you the steed.

You may not get the inventory item, but you should get it added to your mount skills on relog. I did.
