I also do not seem to have received the extra 4 days VIP, I also haven't received any emails with a VIP code on it as others seem to have done so. I did make sure to check my spam folder, just in case it landed in there, but there was nothing. Are we supposed to contact someone either via this website or a game ticket. Although I must admit, I have absolutely no idea how you send a game ticket, I've never had the need to.

Player like you should wait and / or check they are eligible. Cordo post here and he know problem is you don't troll.

Be sure to check your messages here in the forum (as notifications to say we have messages do not always work). Hit Private messages, top left. I got my code through here, not through regular email. Cordovan seems to be hard at work trying to get this sorted, so I'm sure he will get to you.

Dear Arnenna, thank you for your tip. I've not used forums much and to be honest, I wasn't even aware that you could send private messages, I'm old so shhhh lol. After figuring things out, I finally discovered the private messages and just as you suggested Cordovan had indeed messaged me with a code. So again, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Thank you for this tip! I've never used PMs on the forums and didn't see anything to indicate I had a message, but there it was. Though earlier today I did get a response by email to my help ticket, anyway, so they are responding on multiple fronts...but if it's here, I guess there's no notification or indicator.

This thread does indeed need an answer from SSG.
@Cordovan, the problem here is that there are players who WERE VIP during the outage, but their VIP lapsed before 4 days were awarded. These players, now being premium, did not get 4 days of VIP time refunded. A solution for these players needs to be presented. I would suggest the easiest way to solve this is to send these players a 4-day VIP code.

It wasn't just players who's VIP had lapsed, it was players with subs that were still current also (mine hadn't expired). Whatever the snag is, it seems to be affecting all sorts of players. Some are getting solutions, some clearly aren't as of yet. Hopefully SSG will get to all of them soon.
