This happened to me yesterday also. They are aware of it and closed the transfers late yesterday (US time). It will take time to figure out what happened. Only then can they begin to address it. One suggestion that I have that may work is a database roll back to a point before the transfer was made for those affected (and refund any LP spent). Logs should still have it and backups should also still have it. Sadly, this may need to be a manual process. CS is having to deal with this plus Minas Morgul stuff in addition to the regular troubles that arise.
