Good day to everyone. today I bought the new expansion War of Three Peaks trough the UNLOCK link in the game. Transaction was successful and I got an email confirming positively my purchase.
Unfortunately I cannot access the new content, wich appears still locked, even after multiple logging out and in the game.
Also the account information on my available subscriptions and purchases is not complete.
Lifetime subscriber of LOTRO, quite a bit disappointed...
Three threads just been started by people with the exact same problem. Sounds like their store "maintenance" broke it even further. Now it'll take your money but won't give you the content.
Good luck getting refunds guys, and anyone planning to purchase, sounds like it's better to hold off.
