Will it be possible to get more than 1 set of the new LI's?
Can SSG confirm if it's possible to get more than just 1 set of the new LI's?
The only info i (so far) have found about this is we get a set (weapon + class item) by completing the "Walls of Moria" quest (the old MoM intro quest) or, if we already completed that quest, we will be able to barter ONE set. I have not seen any info that we will be able to barter for more than 1 set though and that makes me a bit worried for most classes that previously had 2 or 3 sets depending on play style and trait tree.
It might make "sense" to only give us one set of LI's if that is one of the ways for SSG to reduce the LI grind and at the same time it will make it impossible to do LI swaps but i struggle to see how we, their costumers, will deal with that. Most classes have more than 1 play style and i just assume most will want to max out their new LI's accordingly and i don't understand how thats possible with just 1 set of LI's?
They said somewhere you can have more then one of the new LI with no real limit at all, i think 12 as example was mentioned but why would you need that many, anyway there is no limit except how much bag space do get in game.

If there's no limit to how many new LI's you can have then is there any compensation for players who spent real money on increasing the number of LI's they could have? I don't have a horse in this particular race but it crossed my mind.

Yes, the blessings and eternal thankfulness of the SSG Overlords.

That is compensation in itself
Very funny!
Frankly, as 295 LPs per unlock = relatively small, I'm far more concerned about how SSG will handle players who have invested tons and tons in their imbued LI's under the premise that they "will grow with you" and are "here to stay." This is really what will make or break the new system. If they basically toss out all that progress, they'll have a mass exodus on their hands. Whatever they do: They must not betray the original promise behind imbued LIs; progress made thus far should be honored as such, even with the concept of advancing LIs far beyond current imbued max tier capabilities in the new system.
I'm fine with not having an auto-conversion to the new maxed tiered new-system LI given the premise the new revamped max-tier LI has far more upgrade available beyond current max-tier imbued LIs at level 130. But they really need to honor the progress players have made so far on their imbued LIs as they exist currently as of Blood of Azog when converting to the new system. Otherwise, ole' P.T. Barnum is going to have quite the circus!
Cheers!
Landroval player; I am Phantion on the forums only and do not have a corresponding character in-game with that name on any server. Cheers! :)

If you paid for the ability to have 10 LI's in the old system, and you can have 10 (or 100, if you want) in the new system, on what basis are you owed "compensation"?
When something you paid full price for goes on sale, or is given away, months or years after you bought it, do you typically receive compensation?
