I was able to open the Store successfully without issue using the LOTRO Store button in the lower right of the character UI. What operating system are you using, and are you able to open the LOTRO Store using Control+S?

This is opening (when that lower right interface is clicked) a browser interface (then cut and paste a Old-IE link that doesn't work into Google Chrome browser which did before all these recent updates)

which then shows:

The Ctrl+S does the same thing (opens a box with "OPEN THE STORE IN AN EXTERNAL BROWSER" "[YES] .. [NO] " ) - gets to IE and cut/paste teh link tp Chrome gives the webpages with the error
