Was the 15 missions weekly quest removed from the game?

Per today's stream, this will be fixed next Wednesday in a patch:

• "On a Mission (Weekly)" and "On a Continuing Mission (Weekly)" bestow correctly at levels 130-139,
• will accept Gundabad missions, and
• at level 140 will award embers, rather than motes.

Cordovan mentioned that these quests will be "versioned" without really explaining what that means. I am guessing it means that the old version of the quest will remain in the game for people who already have it underway, and the next time it's bestowed you will get the new version. So if you want to use Gundabad missions for these, you will have to restart them on Wednesday.

Curiously Imlad Morgul weekly wrapper quests still work at 130, so anyone after Virtue XP can still get it that way.

Yes, they now reward motes, as they should. However, the barter npc there doesn't trade in mote armor and the one in Bree has armor that stops at 120, so there's now a 121-130 barter armor gap.

I can confirm this is not working as such. I hit level 140 today with no mission wrappers in my quest log (finished my earlier this week). Once I hit 140, I completed a mission and got the wrappers but it is rewarding motes and not embers.

Either you're restating what has already been confirmed or you failed to read that it's supposed to work 'as such' after NEXT Wednesday.
