I just love how it conveniently broke down with the launch of Gundabad.

Well, bug reports are external to the game anyway and you can open the bug report page direct from this site (up at the top there) or go direct to the SSG support page and cut out the middle man. So it's not that difficult to still report bugs.
If people have been swamping GMs with reports about bugs then a) they're doing it wrong and b) it's no wonder GM responses are so slow if they're wading through tickets they can't do anything about.
In-Game Help system still offline in game, still just a white blank page (firefox, windows 7)
My wife and I are still waiting ingame on characters with an open help ticket from Oct 14th of being unable to complete "Walls of Moria" quest chain (no GM issued fixes have worked), yet without a functioning ingame help system how are we to know if a GM has responded to our tickets? These ingame generated tickets did NOT get cross posted on the website ticket system, we checked.
So we wait ingame, on the affected characters, for the ingame help system to be fixed and for a visit from a CS rep.
Are there any updates on this issue or when the in game help system is expected to work again? A friend and I were progressing through the new Epic line and his toon cannot progress. I believe it's a state issue where the chapter/instance we completed was not actually marked completed due to level requirement not met (we were doing epics above our level). Upon completion we were zoned to the area where I was bestowed the new quest but the NPC does not appear for him. Is there a better way to remedy this other than to wait for in game help to be fixed?
