My friend has actually not been able to login or indeed reset his password (as he did try yesterday before we realised it was a wider problem) as he is not getting the reset emails. Now locked out of asking for a reset for a day - frustrating as we wanted to play yesterday and login issues prevented us and now cannot play today as he cannot get in. Is anyone else having similar issues - obviously cannot login to ask himself!! He can receive emails from the support/help email just not the reset address - they do not seem to eb anywhere in his account where he gets other LOTRO emails.
