    Surely they must have a possibility to react in such cases, it's too severe problem when no one can login.
    Probably some tech people are available on phone in emergency cases such as this.

    I was able to log back into the game. It's very laggy but playable. Time is 1:37 EST

    I still can't log into the game.


    [EDIT] So, I couldn't log in with my password. So I did a password reset but it didn't work. I must have tried ten times before receiving the email to reset the password. So I change it, I try to connect with it and ... it doesn't work. I wait a few minutes, and I try again, and there miraculously, I connected. I made a boutique purchase, and it works.

    There I disconnected to switch back to 64 bits (my shop only works in 32 bits), I hope that it will connect the first time.

    Yep, I had the same problem. It was like my password had been changed and that was why I could not log in. But when I went on line at https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php and said I had for gotten my password I did get an email and was able to reset my password and then I could get in.

    I wonder if either a bunch of passwords got changed/corrupted by the issue? I wonder if SSG should change the message in the launcher in case there are a lot of people who still can't get in?

    My friend has actually not been able to login or indeed reset his password (as he did try yesterday before we realised it was a wider problem) as he is not getting the reset emails. Now locked out of asking for a reset for a day - frustrating as we wanted to play yesterday and login issues prevented us and now cannot play today as he cannot get in. Is anyone else having similar issues - obviously cannot login to ask himself!! He can receive emails from the support/help email just not the reset address - they do not seem to eb anywhere in his account where he gets other LOTRO emails.

    I'm sure you have thought of this but .... did you check in junk mail?

    Thank you for getting it restored but now I get a hard crash after about 5 minutes of play. Has happened twice in the last half hour.
