some skirmishes now no longer accessible?

when I open the Instance Finder on my lvl140 character, a handful of skirmishes now appear grayed out. Selecting one and hovering over the (gray) Launch Now button says things like:

(for Battle of the Deep Way): "You must be at or beyond II.5.5 of the Epic Story 'Battle of the Deep Way' to play this skirmish."
(for Strike against Dannenglor): "You must be at or beyond II.9.4 of the Epic Story 'First Offensives' to play this skirmish"
    etc
    etc

It actually seems to be mostly cases where you have to complete part of the Epic Story to unlock the skirmish. This character has definitely done ALL of the Epic storylines. The one other exception is "Inn of the Foresaken" which is also grayed out, but I can't remember if I've done that storyline on this character (I'm pretty sure I have).

(edit - I checked and the same issue appears on my lvl103 character that has also done those Epic volumes).

Yeah this seems bugged, I logged on my main it said "Completed: A Cave in the Hills" that one is for discovering Dragoich's Lair witch I did many years ago, and all of the skirmishes requiring the Epic quest are now greyed out too.
I have done nearly everything on my main so yeah bugged and expect a fix in next path update.

Yep I have got this as well.

I played all these skirmishes recently (several times) during the recent Ill Omens event.

At least it came two months after the Ill Omens event and not during. We'd hope the perp knew enough to hold their hand up to it though.

I was just coming here to post this very issue. About half of my skirmishes are greyed out now. Both offensive and defensive skirmishes. I was going to run some last night and well, guess what I found. So, add me to the list as well as I have the same issue.

It probably has something to due with the new Carn Dum instances they added. Since all the greyed out skirmishes seem to be the ones that require the epic quest line completed in order to do them. Just a guess but they probably changed the new instances so they don't require the epic quest line at all that way everyone can run them. And so doing, it broke the skirmishes that do require the epic quest line completed in order to run them. Or something along those lines. But it is just a guess.

It also greyed out the mirkwood ones, the rift one and the inn of the forsaken ones

We have discovered an issue where people who previously completed the relevant Epic quests are not getting access to some Skirmishes. We have been able to implement a solution that should resolve this issue until a more permanent fix takes place in our next game update.

The rest of the instances are fixed, but Inn of the Forsaken is still greyed out. I checked on a character that has the quest completed and the deed for there started. I went ahead and submitted a bug report in case its needed.
