Has anyone played LOTRO on a netbook?

Is it possible if the settings are turned down to the lowest settings? I was thinking I might be able to craft or play the ah. I don't expect it would work for much combat, and definitely not fellowships.

I'm tempted to try it, but I don't know if its worth the huge download if it won't run properly.

Thoughts?
