For 2 months I have tried all support outlets that Turbine makes available to VIP players with no success. Not even a single reply or acknowledgment, to be more exact.

Everytime I try to access the community site main webpage (http://my.lotro.com) while logged in, I get the following error:

Error: An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I have submitted a ticket to support near 2 months ago, it never got a reply. I have used the community site bug report tool, it also never got a reply or a fix. Previously opened a thread in here about it, no staff said a word.

Accessing My Preferences - My Character Settings is working. All characters there seem to be updating regularly. The problem is strictly accessing the main website. It is most likely some glitch with an active widget or something in loop there. It needs staff intervention. Any reply or attention from staff would be appreciated. I have no other options on how to report this bug.
