Since you are rank 10, you won't need to use your TP to buy Thrash and Mutilation (Your skills). Anyone rank 10+ will have access to all their skills (Not traits).

Traits are what you'll be using your TP on, which will most likely be the hamstring trait.

I was told that once you get r10 you can buy those through the store, are you sure you just get them from the trainer for dp?
