Armor Crush trait

This has too many ranks; it should only have 2, but it has 3. The middle rank does literally nothing. If it's supposed to be a +20% damage on a 20s CD, then one rank is broken. Either remove a rank or fix the skill, doesn't matter to me which is intended.

EDIT: nevermind, the trait is just worded poorly. Most traits in the game show what the next rank gives, not a cumulative effect. /sigh
