This group was created to provide a place for Laurelin role players, with an emphasis on fostering RP ideas and creativity, while maintaining a respectful nod to Tolkien and LOTR lore rather than viewing LOTRO as "just another MMORPG". Any level of RP experience is welcomed, from people who aren't sure how to get started, to veteran RPers. We have a running book club (currently reading and discussing "The Silmarillion"), weekly prize giveaways, public and private channels for LOTRO-themed RP, an expansive Reference channel with links to RP and lore resources, a list of SME's (subject matter experts) for all things LOTRO and RP related, places to share LOTRO themed art and stories, and friendly, accessible Staff to help when needed.
