The changes are quite significant in that they will be noticeable (this is what significant means, particularly in the sense of a design) and what gets noticed will be welcomed.

The issue is how large of an effect such changes are going to have, and that is quite small. It should be quite obvious that Vastin got pulled out of the project earlier than he needed to finish the job to a meaningful standard.

That is at least, where I would gamble my money as far as what has happened here, if I wasn't being pressured to blow it all on black steel keys in PvE...
