RK bombastic inspiration has the longest skill delay of any ability in the game, and several other skills have also fallen behind... the only thing keeping healing RK relevant (compared to beorning/cappy and now minstrel) is the fates entwined skill.
I'd argue that any class thats only viable because of one single skill is quite badly balanced...
