I am still missing items I purchased last week from the store and have not seen either the item or the points refunded. I can only play on the weekends and aside from losing time last weekend due to this issue, it means I cannot log on to check tickets during the week. I logged two tickets about this last weekend and all I have received is a response saying that the issue is resolved, and this only went to my in game ticket, not to an external email I could respond to. There is also no way to check tickets or speak to someone from support outside of the game, this is some of the worst customer support I have ever seen in a game. Does anyone know any other way to contact support?
