I got the email with my code and password. I went to www.findmyorder.com and typed that info in and pressed the Find Order button. That took me to The LotRO Market. That site shows all of the information for my purchase but there is no download button. According to the email I received, there should be a download button here. There is only a View Invoice button. I have tried in 4 different browsers: IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Is there another way to download it? Has anyone else had this issue? I've already opened 3 tickets with Standing Stone Games. The first 2 were answered with the generic 'here is your order information email". Haven't got a third response yet.
