Subscription not making me a VIP in game.

I subscribed to the game yesterday, but the subscription is not making me a VIP on my EU client.

I know the content is free, but I wanted 30 slots for the auction house so I subscribed for a month for 15$ and it did not activate in-game. I was able to spend lotro points to get my auction house limit up, but still today it's not showing as subscribed. there's all these other restrictions like I can't spend destiny without being a VIP. I filed a ticket under "gameplay" but I could not find a good place to file a ticket for a subscription based problem.

EDIT: I tried submitting a new ticket on the website "contact support" section filed under "purchase issue". Once I did that, the response was less than 60 seconds. They fixed it right away. So I guess I just needed to file a ticket in the right place with the right category.
