I bought the Minas Morgul expansion for $139.09 on September 30th, 2019. My bank statement shows the payment to Standing Stone Games (SSG). I have not received an activation code for the expansion, and have not received any of the in-game bonuses for buying the deluxe expansion. Can I either get an activation code, or instructions on how to get an activation code? If not, can I get a refund? Please advise.

Also, my first account (I have two) that I have had for 13 years now as a lifetime VIP, is marked as "Pending Cancellation." Can someone tell me why, and/or correct this?

I cannot find any other way to get help for these two issues except here.
