Any idea what happens if shared storage or wardrobe is already maxed out on the destination server?

Your shared storage items should still transfer and your vault space will go over capacity. That means you will be able to withdraw stuff, but not add anything further until you are back at normal capacity. The same should apply to wardrobe.
