Does anyone else notice excessive skill lag with horn of gondor? There are times I hit the skill and it takes 3 full seconds to go off. Sometimes it's quite fast, other times very slow, this inconsistency is very frustrating and I'm wondering if there's something on my end I am doing wrong?
