I quested with my level 130 gear and whatever I got as quest rewards and had no problems at all. I actually still use my Remmo cuirass and gloves. My physical mastery and critical rating went down, of course, but the legendary weapons (maxed to the then-cap) more than made up for this and in the end, I was one shoting things again.

Since you are mentioning raid gear; what kind of gear did you start with?
