Yikes, Items by level requirement missing?

I don't frequent the Lorebook much, but once upon a time I remember browsing through armour & jewellery sorted by level requirement. Has this disappeared?

I just noticed this as well. The chart display of gear was one of the most useful features of the Lorebook armour sections. It's a travesty that it's disappeared.

Advanced Search is back up, but Cloaks are the only ones being listed by type. Everything else shows 9000+ listings with shields sorted first.

Thanks for getting it back up, but now make it work properly please.

Not sure what you're seeing, but I see the option to sort by required level for weapons, armour, rings, etc.

To make sure you see that option use the main advanced search interface and limit your selection to items of a similar type. If you select dissimilar items you may get a summary display of common attributes that may not always include the Required Level.

Not 100% exactly what the OP was saying but since it appears you will be checking this thread for responses, a few comments about some issues in the lorebook as I currently see it:

1. From the main lorebook page, when you mouse over "Advanced Search," you get the following options:

- Weapons, Armour, Items, Quests, Deeds, Traits, NPCs, Recipes

There is no "Jewlery" entry there. Yes, you can choose the "Items" option, but that brings you to a screen where, besides jewelry, you can also search for Weapons, Armor, etc. This is an improvement from before (as at least now it appears to be *possible* to search for jewelry), but it still makes jewelry searching more cumbersome than armor or weapon searching. Especially given there are 8 jewelry slots, which is more than armor (7 including shield) or weapons (3 at most), it seems to me logical that it should be one of the "major" categories immediately accessible from the "Advanced Search" option.

2. The "Search" function still seems seriously borked. Again, from the main page, type in "Hlifworth" in the search box and hit return. One would expect to get back 6 hits, for the 6 "Hlifworth" armor items. The result? Zero hits for items, the only "hit" is to a a "Release Notes" article *talking* about the items. Yet the items are definitely in the lorebook; if I do an item search for heavy armor --> chest (or any slot), the Hlifworth armor is there. So there seems to be some issue where the search function is not accessing the entire lorebook database, and thus failing to return results that it should be returning. This happens with lots of items, I just use the Hlifworth armors as one example.

3. If you go to the Character Attributes --> Classes --> Guardian --> Active Skills, the lorebook still fails to list any skills past lvl 38. All of the new Burgler skills from the "Month of the Burgler & Guardian" are there, but none of the Guardian skills are.

4. Some of the quests seem to be missing as well. For example, I typed in the search box "Seven Swords" to try to get info on the new verion of the quest. Got a hit, nice, no problem. Read through the description, saw it lists a prerequisite quest as "Hiding Content," but when I click on the link for that, I am brought to a page that says "There is currently no text in this page..."

I may think of more things, but those are at least a few of the issues that (still) seem to be present even after the latest revision.

It's working now. What I saw yesterday as soon as it came back up was if you went through the "Items" trees under "Game Info" on the left, and selected, for instance, Heavy Armour/Chest, it would list all 9000 armour items and not just the 546 that it's showing now. But it got fixed, apparently. All good!

There's also a problem with the searching because the lorebook uses the accents on certain words. Like if you try to type in Relic of Lothlorien you wont find the page because of the accent mark. While the mark does make the work accurate according to tolkien, as we as useres don't have a way to add this character wouldn't it make more sense to put the words in without these marks?
