Oh please, no. I'm really no fan of weather at all, immersion be damned. The black darkness of Angmar which requires the player to crank up Brightness to see anything and conversely, the equally annoying "White Outs" in High Pass are really just too much.

Thank *GOD* Turbine went easy on the weather for Book 13.

I pray that the horse whistle I read about in this thread will not be as annoying as the player horse head-bobbing or the equally disturbing avatar body scratching that were added, then quickly removed, with Book 12.

Reiteration of some things I agree with.
Yes sir, we tore the universe a new spacehole alright.

It's finally out woooooo! Just one question. What will the levels of the enemies be? cause im lvl 40 and would love to check it out but I would hate to go charging in there only to find myself attacked by a bunch of lvl 50's.

This may be off topic a bit but it's regarding the new update...

The new Inspection and Quest windows look awful!

the inspection window was much more visually appealing before and a bit easier to navigate as well.

But the new quest log window is just bloated and unnecessary.

Is it possible to revert change the appearance of these windows that i haven't figured out yet?

Some random thoughts, first off, love it!

Some problems I ran into though right off..

The quest where you get moose meat takes way too long.. besides the fact the area is new and you are competing with an insane amount of people to make the kills the drop still seems way too low. (quest is something with bear friend in it)

This was touted as the best rep area in the game and its showing =( so many lvl 50's to compete with for quests they don't really need other than getting rep. I stopped leveling my 45 hunter waiting for this release looking forward to the gap being filled in for leveling but again all the rep hunters are there making it difficult but I guess that will go away in time.

well those are the only 2 real beefs I have atm, I really love the new area and really look forward to doing all the quests I can in that area on my way to getting my hunter to lvl 50 and thank the devs for really listening to all of us and adding another great area to the game!

Any particular reason why swift travel is available to Bree or Rivendell (as long as you're Ally with each???) but not to Thorin's Hall? Any reason at all?

Haven't been to the new area, but I have to say that I loved the Balrog chat in the release notes. I certainly appreciate the fact that you guys at Turbine have a good sense of humor about our complaints here in the community!

    Nicely done!

Thumbs up Re: Middle-earth Feedback: Forochel

-Like the New area. Nice and open, with some channeling of the player as they travel.
-Water will kill you if you jump in. Works like dread does in other areas. Learned that one the hard way.
    -Lots of quests.
-Good fish recipes, once you gain rep and can use them.
-Quest log is a little busy, but just a matter of useing it for awhile. I like the, Show only Solo quests.
-Fellowship invite window is a nice improvement.
-Fishing is neat. Nice and relaxing, I wish the rusty daggers and the weeds didn't fight the rod the same as the fish. So player had an idea what they caught before it hits your fishing bag.
-Bonus new area to increase deeds

Moors>Defiler. Can rez trolls and heal on the run are you serious. Healing. We can see how it goes, but No one want to fight troll after troll after troll. We did that already for our deeds

    >>>Praying the downtime on Monday you will get rid of at least one whistle for the horse.
Drive a player nuts when on an ore hunt or in raid. Was cute the first time, but that was it only once

All and all good job as always Dev's \ Turbine

Great addition and good work, but I don't go there. We just had the worst winter in about 15 years in my area and this place makes me feel cold and remember all the soggy shoes and nightmare commutes I just lived thru.
