Quests Still Missing

1. Book VIII and Book IX are still not showing any quests with the exception of Book IX, Foreword: News of the Palantír.
3. An advanced search of all quests returns some quests with blank titles.

Hmm... I'll look into this further and see if I can get both of these solved for the next update.

OK, I believe I have both of these items addressed now; look for a fix for them in the next update.
