Good afternoon I pulled a trial version now and all went ok picked the doll put a name, and the doll was created so that's not to select the doll appears to play it all in red any soul can tell me what is happening and how can I resolve this situation and so I have 10 days of trial and wanted them to maximum benefit.
Message to scrap the game: unavailable: you can not use this character until you have finished downloading the area they are in.

It sounds to me like you are using the download manager, if this is the case:
1. It could be because they are currently having an issue with the download manager and are working on said problem.

2. You are still currently downloading the next area to play in and have to wait for that to finish before logging back into that toon.
