And to help you, like these guys can't...if you have the direct link to something, then you can just type in image tags. It goes like this:

Alternatively, if you are using photobucket, once you've uploaded your photo, there is a box for Sharing your photos that has the image codes already. You just have to post it into the reply window. See below:
