Create a Valentine Contest

The LOTRO Vault's been on the down-low lately. We've been chugging along, posting comics, linking to other fansites, giving you news, and so on. But, hey, you can get two of those three things anywhere, can't you?

You know what you can't get just anywhere, though? Prizes. Lots of prizes. Lots of prize packages. See, we've got five complete LOTRO packages. What is a "complete LOTRO package," you ask? It's a boxed copy of the Mines of Moria Complete Edition. It's an upgrade key for Siege of Mirkwood. And it's an Adventurer's Pack. And we've got five of them, one for each of five contest winners. It's everything you could ever hope for. (Well, it's not everything Tsion could ever hope for. He's got a thing for Patience, it seems, and I don't think copies of LOTRO will satiate him.)

Now that you know what's at stake, let's get down to the details. As I noted, these are being given away as part of a contest. With Valentine's Day rapidly approaching, we're giving you a chance to flex your creativity muscles (uh...). You're going to be making LOTRO-themed Valentines: Take a screenshot, caption it, and submit it. Hopefully it's got something to do with Valentine's Day (and LOTRO), or you're not going to win. (Sorry.)

The contest is going to run from 7am PST this morning until 6pm PST Saturday evening. We'll do our best to have everything judged Saturday night and uploaded Sunday morning, such that you can offer your Valentines to that special Hobbit in your life. There are three ways to submit.
