Sure, I'll update if we get to other rounds. So far we have enough votes but there is a lot of hate towards turbine fans in there... And since Turbine is not gonna put the links on the launcher window as before i doubt that we can make it trough round 2...

    Rally up!

Their servers must be getting a lot of requests, it's taking forever to get any page to load.

As soon as I get in I'll vote for Turbine .

    Hah, I logged in yesterday!

Strangely enough, I voted for Turbine and now the main page shows Turbine as having received exactly 1 vote. Am I the only person who's voted for Turbine so far?

Then he asked for leadership, looted the chest, assigned himself the 1st age Arkenstone and mailed it to an alt (Bilbo's a VIP so can mail from anywhere). They did some PvMP and an Epic Battle, then he apologized and gave the Arkenstone back because it wasn't BoA. He kept the pony.

Turbine has around 2000 votes right now, vs 700 votes from the other guys at Terminal Reality.

Nope, it's at 2033 (Turbine) to 866 (Terminal Reality).

    That's 70.1% of the votes .

BioWare currently has about 250 more votes than Turbine. And with the end in sight on the production of SWTOR i think Turbine will lose this year. This is still only round one so you never know.

Though if it came down to BioWare/Turbine i'd have to say BioWare atm. LOTRO is an amazing game but SWTOR just looks like a better one.

It probably won't come to Turbine vs Bioware as every other company would have to lose for that to happen. Although, it might -- I tapped CCP Games to beat out Bioware then go head to head with Turbine. I thought CCP's truly global game would allow them to spread the word better and get more fans out to the Escapist Magazine forums. Bioware has mostly made single player games to this point and doesn't really have a way to communicate with their fans.

Honestly, voting a well estabilished game vs a unreleased game is kinda... meh.

I would vote BioWare for Dragon Age though... 2009 has not been Turbine's best year on Customer/Developer relations at least...

I'll vote for Turbine unless they meet up with BioWare, sorry.

As I'm sitting back and watching this, I'm entertained by the number of companies currently mobilizing Facebook, Twitter, their launchers, forums, and overall community to 'get out the vote'. Seems to me that's a smart use of resources.

Voted for Turbine, of course. This year should be interesting, as Blizzard is making a full-court press to get WoW the win this year.

~2800 for Valve, ~2300 for Bioware. Valve's been getting some more press lately because Portal 2 is going to come out late this year. I just replayed Portal (and picked up part of the new Incoming Transmission achievement, which I'll go finish later) to see the new 15 seconds in the middle of the ending. Wow, I never would have expected that. I thought GlaDOS was lying the whole time, just making junk up, but apparently she was telling the truth, what do you know.

As always my opinions are always just that. Nothing more.

Well i was posting my opinion on my two favorite developers and their respective flagship games (or soon to be flagship game in BioWare's case). At the moment LOTRO is the best game out there IMO. I've looked at a lot of MMOs and found none that can even come close to this one. But SWTOR is sounding like it will be better.

And btw i too would vote Turbine over all else unless it came to Turbine vs. BioWare again.

Sneaky Sapience. Not on speaking terms with the dev tracker?
