Seeking a Shire questI’m looking to start the Shire quest that has us gathering firew

I’m looking to start the Shire quest that has us gathering firework ingredients for a birthday party. I did this quest on one character but I seem to have missed it on other characters I’ve taken through the Shire. My young burglar needs to do 75 quests in the Shire for a deed and I’d like to pick that one up again. Does anyone know where that quest line starts?

You pick it up from Lobelia. She lives in Bilbo's home that she bought from Frodo. North over the bridge from Hobbiton. Up the hill past the Party Tree. Ms. Sour Puss is on the front steps of her house on the left.

Be sure to also get the quests from the inn in stock, as well as Farmer Maggot's farm. They tie in to the fireworks one in the end.
