    this Hunter gear setup good?

So I am almost to 65 and just made my setup and wrote all the stats on paper.
    Set:
    bregloch x2
    balanhigil
    sublime dawn rose bracelet x2
    great bow jacket/gauntlets/leggings/boots
    cloak of the greyhammer
    glass flask
    helm of the swift arrow
    shoulders of the swift arrow
    ril-Mir
idk what LIs I'll get but amarthdring will be my offhand

so the total stats for all those (including set bonuses is this)

    1125 max pwr
    1607 max morale
    411 agility
    424 vitality
    42 will
    320 fate
    268 ranged crit rating
    3312 armour
    90 rad
    258 parry rating
    720 acid defence
    185.4 non-combat morale regen
    51.1 in-combat morale regen
    2 stealth level

Well there it is.... What do ya think? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Btw how do the stats work with lvling? Like I get +? to stats per lvl.

No ICPR on either Bracelet or your off-hand weapon will be bad news.

There's a couple crafted cloaks, plus the one in Warg pens, that I'd pick well before the Greyhammer cloak. Way too much worthless Might.

Ril-mir is OK, but I'd rather have the ring from Warg Pens. 22 Will is more useful than 22 Might. I'm not that big on stacking 6K Morale for just walking around though.

If you aren't raiding you don't need those radiance helm/shoulder pieces. Go get the Shoulders from Epic 3.1 and a crit Lothlorien hat instead for better overall stats. Bank the +25 Radiance pieces, or just stack the coins, if you ever do need the radiance for a raid.

Re: this Hunter gear setup good?

you'll need to be able to adapt to situations with your gear.

Raiding will require as much radiance as you can get... get at least the purple +120 set. More optimally, start with the three +25 pieces and three +20 DN pieces, and fill out from there in DG. For every encounter that isn't raiding, I actually quite enjoy the full Lady's Discernment set. Much more power, comparable stats, and a decent power-saving set bonus. Also, I'm lazy and don't want to carry around yet more armor (I already carry around full DN set, +25 boots/shoulders/helm, +30 chest/boots, and a full Rift set).

For most encounters, you'll want as much ICPR as you can manage, and that tends to come on wrist pieces and off-hands (as well as relics in your LIs). For the Lieutenant fight, though, you'll be ok with your Sublime wrists - ICPR doesn't matter a bit in there.

Anyway - long story short you'll need to have more than one setup, gear-wise, as you progress further into the endgame. Enjoy the gear-collecting journey

    I use a glass flask

    (for raids)

AGI is stupid-easy to cap, some trade offs are well worth taking for ICPR. ^^

just the 70 fate. I like capping ICPR, b/c I'm a '****. When the clothies are all like you have 1500 ICPR? and WHAT fate? And I'm like "it's 650." And they're like "oh, your agi must blow." and I'm like "it's 650, too." And then they're like... "well, I bet your morale pool sucks, oh wait you're in the raid and it doesn't. damn it, Hat!

I use other pockets for solo/moors, but that's a huge chunk-o-fate in one spot.

Shoo you can easily make up for a loss of agility on a pocket item by raw stat a bow and weapon. Es what I did and now my Agility is OVER 9000! Im just kiddin. Its like 670 or something on Mylotro or what not.

Id say the gear makeup is wrong but I support max agility with tons of morale

I like most of the gear you have on. The bracelets and the cloak would be the biggest things I would change. An easy fix would be to get two A. Bracelets of Morale (Crit loth Bracelets), as they add Morale (like the name says), a good chunk of ICPR, Fate and Agility. AKA everything i like on my hunter. The cloak you have has too much of a wasted stat i.e. Might. There are a lot of good and easy cloaks to get out there. The critted loth cloaks are decent and a good one drops off the first boss in warg pens (no Agility on it). Also don't overlook the good ol standby Jubut-Rud that is really easy to get. It drops off the last boss in Grand Stairs. The Jubut has agi, decent morale, fate and a clicky that give you +15 Will that has the same duration as its cooldown (so as long as you click it you get the will permantly).

Why call out other hunter's on this thread unless you yourself want to be called out. I saw four bone-headed comments in your reply.
    1) Glass Flask-Like Kerryak, I also use the Glass Flask for grouping. Its a battery-pac for hunters. It gives a good chunk of power as well as power regeneration (fate).
    2) Ninn-Ranc- This bracelet is terrible and any hunter worth his salt will already be sitting around 600 agility and wouldn't need it. After the high Agility and ICPR all its has is might on it (Bleh). NO morale.
    3) You are already capped at 650 agility-why?
    4) Cloak of Flame and Shadows- Its from 2.6.8 and its awesome. However, its not worth the time-sink to get.

Your hunter also has 668 Vitality and is only at 4500 morale? i sure hope you have some sort of debuff on your toon. So please don't dish it out...unless you can take it.

    1. I was only joking about the glass flask, i know alot of hunters who needs cuz of lack of power.
    2. If it is sooo terrible then why would turbine put it in game, that is like saying why get the +15 rad gear that has the worst stats..well its cuz u gonna need it.
    3. I am capped at 650 agility because I wanted my hunter to able to crit hits plus evade and parry.
    4. Even if it is not worth, at least do the epic for the story.

And my hunter is at 5252 morale not 4500..You want to call me out yet I don't see your hunter..why not put it on the table as they say.

It's not a hunter-specific item. There are classes that aren't likely to have agi capped who benefit from the agility, PIC and might on it. That said, I think it's still a decent hunter item despite the stat-waste on might.

Re: this Hunter gear setup good?

668 Vit I thought the stats maxed out at 650, where have I been. I try and stay around 600 on both AGI and Vit. I know some hunters prefer to have other stats higher but when I PvE I solo and I do not like to stop and regen, I just keep going. But I do not have power issues with a good ICPR and while soloing my power is at 3100+ unbuffed, plus with a few traits slotted I never run out now. Also my Morale is 6300+ unbuffed and so I play more like a champ and pull multiple mobs when running dailies, skirmishes, and other PvE. I do not mind because of the high health. No need to LOS or kite like some. My ICPR is right at 1000.

While raiding I put on the BG gear but other than that you will never see me where all the pieces I have. To much of a hit on my stats for **** gear. In a raid though it does not matter because of buffs and the healing stats are almost a moot point. In raids when swapping out gear I am around 6100 morale unbuffed and 3500 power unbuffed. With the buffs I still am around 8000 morale buffed and 3700 power buffed in raids and capped out in AGI.

Just figure out your playstyle and gear out based on that. I push through PvE stuff quick so for me I need to kill as many mobs as fast as I can and take alot of damage. So I need high morale. Other hunters prefer to to focus on 1 mob at a time and kill it fast. Very seldom do I use BA or DS in PvE, especially soloing. I just keep moving. Again in the end find what works for you and if it doesn't change your gear.
