    Thank You Minstrels!!!

    Hello,
Dont mean to crash your board here, but just wanted to stop by and say Thank You to Minstrels of Landroval for the heals over the last 1.5 years. What really made this sink in on how good some of you are was a horrible HoC run the other night. I died so fast on the first pull that I thought I left all my armor in the vault and was trying to tank in the nude!

You do an amazing job and I just wanted to say thank you!

The first thing I learned when I first healed a rad run with my newly minted lvl 60 minstrel after playing for over a year with my melee Guard/Champ was "man. . . minstrels do a TON to keep people up".

Oh, and I also need to macro "/yell GET OUT OF THE AOE HOTSPOT AND CLEAR YOUR WOUNDS!!!!!"

    I totally agree with this:
GET OUT OF THE AOE HOTSPOT AND CLEAR YOUR WOUNDS!!!!!

I don't think people realize until you play a minstrel how much this sucks trying to heal through. I always carry salves when I run instances and try to remove as many as possible. In a normal SG run I will use 15-20 salves. If you are not the minstrel or guard/warden in a group, please stay out of the AOE and also pop pots on any DoT.

HoC is a good one too ... I remember how hard that used to be with some tanks; it really just takes someone who knows when to use the right healing skills and to pay attention. -thanks for the shout out to the class.

Yes. Anyone who wants to run group content should roll a guard/tank and mini/healer first. I too went guard then mini. It is eye opening. Kinda like "dang my guard was not as uber as I thought". The healers can go a bit unnoticed.

As a healer if you let someone die. . . they die.

It is easier to heal a well geared Guardian over anyone else though.
