I just find that a bit more displeasing now on the set that its slowly a set being aimed just for end game focus and for the raw bonus vs the class skill specific bonus.
Why not a PS Power Reduction like Moors? Figured that be of use. Although I do like the ISB use bonus.

I think it's funny that it's tied to ISB as that's the first skill I would queue up if I procced a ranged damage debuff. ISB-PS-MS if possible. The duration means you'll never be able to hit with ISB while the debuff is up unless you've got 2+ 5/6 BG hunters.
+10% damage, 10% of the time. Correct me if my math is off but what it that, +1% DPS? What is it with that number that everything seems to add 1% damage.
It's like we as a class are digging through the couch cushions for loose change, hoping to scrounge up a dollar so we can go buy a taco.

I was assuming it did not stack but was instead referring to simply the frequency of the buff proc'ing on mobs (particularly high-morale raid bosses, of course). If it *also* stacked, that would be pretty epic. But even if it doesn't stack, the increased frequency of the buff from 2-3 Hunters makes this a pretty nice set bonus IMO.
Shoot me a PM whenever and I'll hop out there with ya to test. Except, is there any way to know if it was stacking or not? I haven't tested the proc yet, so if there's no animation or other way to tell when it procs, how would you know? In other words, if your buff procs, and then mine procs, but the debuffs do not stack, is there any way to know for certain that mine proc'd and they weren't stacking, as opposed to mine just not proc'ing?
Agreed to an extent... +1% dmg for a set bonus isn't bad, but nothing to get too excited about. But this assumes 1 Hunter. Because it's a debuff on the mob's incoming ranged instead of a buff on our outgoing ranged, it makes the proc that much more valuable across a raid with multiple hunters doing ranged dmg. And if you have 1-2 more with the 5-set bonus, then the benefits start to really increase. And all that's still assuming the debuffs cannot stack on top of one another.
Just sayin'.
Don't get me wrong - I loves me some tacos. I just hate having to rustle through the sofa cushions for pennies all the time.
BG R.Offense set bonus: +1% DPS
BG 5/6 debuff: +1% DPS
Crit legacies: ~1% each
The dev team is ridiculously conservative with anything that could potentially buff hunters. They are scared taco-less of returning to Book 6 days.

Thanks for the update.
I posted that on March 1st, before either Roov or I had five pieces of the set. After we got our sets, we quickly discovered the blade wall crit thing, then got Graal to confirm that the tooltip was wrong and the blade wall crit pips were the actual set bonus.
And yes, it is awesome.

It doesn't have any audio/visual cue, it just shows the debuff icon on the mob. I suggest timing the ISB shots a few seconds after each other, if the buff timer resets then it doesn't stack, if it adds a new debuff then it does.
If you guys haven't tested it out yet, I would be available to try it this weekend.
