data.lotro.com and the lotteries

I would love to write a phone app that would allow me to view the lottery winning entries. I was hoping I would be able to retrieve this information with the data.lotro.com API.

I do not believe this is currently available.

That would be awesome. I can't enter the lotteries from the browser on my phone for some reason. The popup window closes when I select a character checkbox to enter. An app would be great.

Additionally, the list of available lottery entries and current lottery entries would be helpful in creating a "New lottery available" notification application. While I can see difficulties with allowing third party sites to enter into the lottery, just knowing the availability of new lotteries would be helpful.
