I doubt anyone remembers me but I just resubscribed again about a month ago and will hopefully be starting up in the Moors again soon. Looking forward to playing with all of you!

Just so you know how ancient some of these are, some of them have me at rank 4 and I was the second rank 5 WL on Brandywine with Krashnor only beating me by one day! I'm pretty sure all of these pictures are pre-moria though, since that's when I quit.

I don't remember why I took a lot of these. But at least most of them have a bunch of names for you guys to nostalgia at.

Even after all this time I remember this fight fondly. We were on the run from the freeps and holed up in this spot (I have no idea what it's called anymore). We were able to break line of sight so if they wanted to get us they had to come in and we tore them up. Ended up wiping the freep raid. haha

I REALLY wish I would have has names on for this one. I'm pretty sure this was the original burg squad. All really nice players but damn was that sand in the eyes annoying!

This next post or two is dedicated to what called Operation Ranger.

Back when Session play was first introduced, the creeps owned the moors and the freeps would hardly leave GV. Things were getting pretty boring so we wanted to help give them a fighting chance outside of GV. We (SmashUdead, Chuee, Sixpac, some people I'm forgetting, and myself) flipped and rolled 6 rangers at the same time. We would slip up for the easier keeps first and then meet up to tackle the harder ones but 90% of the time we managed to flip the map before our time was up. This gave the freeps room to have some fun and we switched back to creeps and gave them a fight. We flipped right back to trolls one time and never heard the end up freeps calling us farmers, but whatever we were just having fun.






That's about all I've got. I thought I have more screen caps of the real early days but most of them are pretty old anyways. Sorry for spamming the thread!

I remember that fight well, was not the Freep's finest hour! Rod was melting down, some guy kept breaking the mezzes on Mauzak, and general hilarity ensued. In the aftermath Rod was banned, capping what was maybe one of OMW's finest days of leading imo.

Heh you know if someone would have told me then that guardian's were going to get a DPS stance that would make them good in the Moors I would've laughed at them (lol no one ever complained if a guard rolloed a ranger: OOC:Aw who's th enoob on the ranger. Oh its a guardian never mind... Poor guy). :D Still I liked getting over 30% avoidance with a 2hander equipped. That part was cool. :p

Creep moral and power were the same (or nearly) at level 50 as they are at level 65.

Freep morale was MUCH less.

lol...an Ive raid. He played for like 2 weeks and lead raids 10PM- around 1AM...and he got us over a thousand inf per hour on some of those nights. He taught me the term "assjam"...hilarious raids.

Ah thanks for the enlightenment, Thaurlach. I saw that name and was wondering who the heck that guy leading was. It's strange even being in a raid with my warg. It didn't happen very often 'cause he's pretty ******.
