You hit the window. If you manage to hit enter in that 15-20 seconds during creation, everything can be entered on every character regardless of level, race or class restrictions. It's something the team is working on addressing in a future update.

Bummed out - I won the Hevensday Lotto today but I guess it bugged out and I never got the items I was stoked for the tier 7 relics too.

Bummer....looks like if you win a lottery while there is maintenance, your winnings are eaten

Would be nice if it could be scripted to make a pass say every hour if items are undeliverable (although I'm not familiar with Lotro's systems - don't know if things like this are tracked at all, or if it's even feasible) Granted, it's only a lottery, but the server being down shouldn't automatically disqualify you

Ahhhh man, is that true? My.lotro.com says that I won a lottery today for T7 relics also. So those of us the won just lose out?

Two of my characters are listed as having won lotteries too. Neither received their winnings either. Hopefully Turbine will resend stuff.

They don't, sorry.

No need to dig. Sometimes there are glitches and hiccups in the system. it's still considered to be in a beta state and still undergoing testing and refinement. As a result we can't restore any lost or misdirected winnings.

Also, a couple of things to point out (again ).

• Lotteries use the mail system and follow the same rules. If you don't collect your mail before it expires, it gets deleted. Winnings and all. It won't be replaced.
• Monsterplayers should not be able to enter lotteries but there is a bug that allows it and even allow them to win. Because this is a bug and not working as intended, we cannot grant the items or transfer them to your freep characters. Make sure you don't enter your monster characters.
• The Lotteries are still in Beta. Errors are to be expected. We cannot replace or restore items lost in the system.
