It is with a heavy heart I write this but I am afraid it is true.

Time and again I enter a lottery looking at the prizes and wondering if it will be my turn to receive those prizes. However, I am now certain that these prizes do not exist and are yet another Sapience jest to keep the community staff amused on cold nights.

Yeah, my main hasn't won in 2 1/2 months, but my Burg that I never play won the Highday Lotto today. lol. Figures.

Yes, Ayrolen. My daughter keeps creating characters that she never plays. There was a time when her characters kept winning the welcome wagon and Summer Festival stuff, but my main toons say weeping over their useless lottery tickets.

I do feel like the lotteries suffer from the weakness of the RNG in this game: it's far too streaky. Back when lotteries were first implemented, I won them frequently - good stuff too: some tier 8 relics, lots of money, stacks of Black Tea, etc. Then suddenly the floodgates closed. I haven't won a significant lottery since June and anything at all since July. I enter just about every lottery open on nearly all of my characters...nothing. Zip. Meanwhile, a kinmate of mine has won seven Symbols. Seven.
