2-handed hammers?

Why are there no recipes to make 2-handed hammers until legendary items? Weaponsmiths cannot make them either. They do exist, so why are they left out of the crafting scheme??

I am not possitive, but i am sure my weaponcrafter has a two handed hammer weapon recipe. He is still a low level crafter, not quite through expert yet, so it has to be at least in the expert or master levels, " master just opened when he finished the expert tier craft quest recently ". Let me check and see real quick.

Ok, just checked and i am wrong. He has two handed axe recipes but no two handed hammer ones. Strange that.

I just did a search of the lorebook for all 2-hand hammers that are the result of a recipie (crafted). Only LI's were found. Why woodworkers don't get recipies for non-LI 2-hand hammers is something I've seen asked before but I've never seen an answer from a dev.
