No Reputation TP POINTS?!?!

I logged into the store from the character screen and then logged into the character. I had zero points at first, but then noticed that they are being added........vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv vveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyy slowly

I had a feeling something like this would happen which is why I logged into a character that would only redeem like 15 turbine points from rep. I hope they fix this because I really don't want to log into my characters that will redeem 300-500 points on log in.

Also, I logged into the store before I logged into my characters and got nothing just like everyone else seems to have. So that fix doesn't work at all

Yep VIP here and no points available at all.

Tried closing and reopening but nothing.

When I try to go to "my account" page it struggles away then "System Unavailable".

What I want to know is is it safe for me to log all the way in with a character when I have no points and the "my account" is "System Unavailable" or am I by logging in going to screw myself completely.

Its a known issue. Was also listed on the launcher to go into dtore before logging in toa character to make sure you get the TP points.

Which doesn't work. You login the store, no points. Go to My Account through the store, you get "service is unavailable". Login the game you get no points for deeds and, apparently, no points for loyalty.

System is borked bigtime. They should have tested before opening the servers, since they had a whole day left before it was supposed to go live.

We are aware of the issues and the matter is being investigated.

For those of us who are getting the TP from the deeds (sorry everyone else) although very very slowly, is it safe to log out?
Or will that cause us to lose the points since the deeds have already been counted as "completed" and by logging out we'll clear the "TP que" or whatever?


By very very slowly I mean, log in and it runs through the deeds, then a few minutes later 5 or 10 TP pop up, then every few minutes a few more points pop up, etc.

Please test these things out better before letting it go live. This isn't some added on instance that has a bug and annoys people. This is a core function of your relaunch. Allowing bugs like this to slip through on such a system is mind boggling. I just lost some of my respect for Turbine.

I clicked on the store icon on the character selection screen on both of my accounts 1 i got 4,000 points the other had 0.

This better get fix for the one that has 0. I followed the instructions so must be another bug.

Not only did I not get the tp from the deeds, but I havent recieved any of the points from being a member for 2 years. I hope this will be fixed just thought I should say something in forums .

When I logged in there was no announcement yet on the launcher about logging into the store first, so I just logged into my main like normal.

Am I SOL?

I didn't see any message, but luckily I logged into the store before going ingame; however, I still got NO points from anything at all. Honestly, release days are always chaos, and I'm glad I don't work for Turbine right now. I just hope that they can figure a way for us to get the Turbine points we had earned with rep...<puppy eyes>

I opened the store first, and then logged in. No points. Logged out, and sitting at login screen now with the store open looks like points are slowly coming in.

Like many above, I logged into the store from the select screen before entering the game and still have received absolutely no points.

No points were listed in the store and no points were given in-game.

Clicked on My Account with the store open and it is considered to be not responding.

I'm sure this must be a FAQ but I can't find the info despite searching, so...

It seems that most deeds now have a Turbine Point reward around 5-15 TP per deed completed.

Has there been any info on whether we will get points retroactively from already completed deeds, or will we just get TP for deeds we complete from now onwards?

If we get points for already completed deeds, when will they be given out? My account is a big zero for now.

Have 2 life accounts

One is showing 4000 points, the other a pitiful 175 points.

Im guessing it should all flow through after the bottle neck clears a bit.

So of the small handful of folks I talked to, a couple that were not in the beta said they got points no problem, and a couple that were in the beta said they have yet to receive any.

Anyone else have any statistics on this?
