No Reputation TP POINTS?!?!

Actually, I also logged on the store from the character selection screen before going in with the character.

The points have been came really slowly for the reputation deeds. Also, I just finished a deeds for 10 points, but they have not been given yet. Hopefully they will show up soon.

My guess is that there is a lag with sooo many people getting points in such a very short time.

So of the small handful of folks I talked to, a couple that were not in the beta said they got points no problem, and a couple that were in the beta said they have yet to receive any.

Anyone else have any statistics on this?

the account i used in beta got 4000 points the none beta account got 0

this one bit me too...guess that's why they removed that warning from the launcher

Its a known issue. Was also listed on the launcher to go into dtore before logging in toa character to make sure you get the TP points.

I went into the store before bringing a character into the world and I have 0 TP.

Not only did I not get the tp from the deeds, but I havent recieved any of the points from being a member for 2 years. I hope this will be fixed just thought I should say something in forums .

I believe the loyalty points are supposed to show up in a few days....

I'm in the same boat. I saw the warning and logged onto the store with all my toons. Entered with my main who is Kindred with all factions but one.

Lots of titles. No points.

Where we supposed to keep the store open while logging on?

Update; I logged off for a bit and checked the store. Still no points. Logged back on and opened the store and 0 points showed. But now I have 15. Maybe it's just lagging?

They knew about this problem on Bullroarer. It was even mentioned in one set of the patch notes.

I had it happen to me on Bullroarer and /bugged it, yet they still let it go through to the Live servers. Make of that what you will.

On my partner's founder's lifetimed account, they got 4500 points, but on my lifetime account I have 0 and no rep turbine points on either. And on both accounts, we logged into the store first before signing into a character. Both of us were also in beta. :/ I also attempted one of the options to buy turbine points to see if the cart worked, and just got a system unavailable error.

I opened the store before doing anything. I have zero points on 2 lifetime accounts. ????? And yes I have logged in every month on the accounts. So far I am not impressed.

The loyalty points are not the sole issue it seems. I logged onto my captain to test the deed rewards since I had my To Arms deed 3 away from completion. The 5 TP reward that was supposed to trigger did not. And yes, I did as advised and opened the Store on the selection screen. Numerous times at that. So it seems to me that the problem is some accounts are bugged with points acquisition and some are not--and this problem affects deed and loyalty. I know two players who already have their loyalty "checks," as it were.

It's the missing new reputation deeds points that's the problem. Anyone who has completed any faction rep levels should be getting points for them.

The monthly/lifer/founder points is a different issue.

Loyalty award Turbine Points are allocated dependent on your subscription date.

what does this mean? for most of us, it is the deed/faction TP we should be expecting when we log in.

I'm sure this must be a FAQ but I can't find the info despite searching, so...

It seems that most deeds now have a Turbine Point reward around 5-15 TP per deed completed.

Has there been any info on whether we will get points retroactively from already completed deeds, or will we just get TP for deeds we complete from now onwards?

If we get points for already completed deeds, when will they be given out? My account is a big zero for now.

There will be no retroactive awarding of TPs for deeds completed.

It may seem like reputation is breaking this rule, however reputation was never a deed. They are turning reputation into a deed, which is why you will be awarded TPs for all the reputation you *just* completed from the conversion into deed, however it was never a retroactive award.

edit: keep in mind, you were awarded xp for deeds before in lieu of TPs, obviously. So now you will be earning TPs instead of xp, which is good from a max level point of view.

These points are money....
When we do not give them money we do not get our stuff...when they don't give us our money, we are screwed. Something does not feel right about that.

2 VIP accounts in our household and neither one of us got any points. No deed point, no VIP points. Goose egg on both accounts.

Very disappointing. It worked fine for both of us in beta.

Sounds like the thing to do now, is cleaning up all those unfinished deeds at low levels, and harvesting them for TP. Harvesting seems like the right word, those deeds are just hanging there ready to be picked for TP with just a little work.

Yes, just to be clear, I was referring to reputation points only. So far I have only logged into one toon, that would have had about 175 reputation points coming (I added it up).

Im a founder, lifetime and active this past summer, so I have 4500 points at the moment. Thought for a moment 4,000 was the base and I got 500 rep points w/o realizing, but like I said it would only have been 175, so I must have gotten my 500 loyalty points already.

Have been logged on this toon for about an hour now, and nothing has come through so I dont expect the rep points to suddenly pop up...

Needless to say, I am not logging into any other toons until this is fixed.

You're welcome. I have been holding back "deeding" as much as possible, for patch day. Always kind of bugged me that I was losing all that juicy experience on my 65's.
