It's.... not quite fixed for me.
1. First I couldn't post and had the wrong forum name
2. Next I could post but still had wrong forum name
3. Now I can choose the right forum name but I can't post (except in free areas)

It does NOT appear to be 100% fixed, at least for me. As I said in my previous post, I now have the correct forum name available to me.
I can see my characters and access them, my post count is right and rep is right. However, I did not see any of my old PMs and my join date is wrong (I did not post 3k messages this month lol)... Also, my permissions are wrong and I can't post to anything but the free areas.
I realize that it might not be 100% fixed yet even though they've done part of the change so I'm just looking for confirmation that there is a still an issue with some accounts. If someone posts and says their SHOULDN'T be a problem, then I'll submit another bug.
I just want to join my friends in the coffee house - it's been almost 2 weeks![]()

Let me add another issue to the list that will probably be new after this latest maintenance. We can now select which sub we want, but for me at least, it defaults to the one I don't want. This means that every time I log in, I have to switch subs. Is that WAI? I sure hope not![]()

Same here, OBJ. I do at least have the option of being me, instead of my husband, but I still get the "You must be a paying customer" message when I try to post. Since I've had a lifetime account since Spring of '09, that seems a bit off.

Well at least now I am my evil twin self again. Now if we can fix it to where it would save the color scheem from page to page, and get ride of the false box.
UPDATE: I can now post to the proper places and no longer get the subscription error!
There are still some issues, such as join date, signature and the wonkiness of some of the forum features (I cannot change the color of my posts' text), but I'll submit separate bugs or wait to see if they get addressed.

Please I am hoping a dev will read this and respond. I still cannot on my main subscription account see any of my characters, my forum posts show up under my game account name (which I refuse to have show up on the forums), I still cannot edit signatures etc because it still does not have a link to my active current lifetime subscription. I also cannot see all forums from my account. I am not aware of ever having changed my forum name or having anything change since Open beta years ago.
Can someone from the dev team, I don't care who, update with the fact that you are indeed aware and are indeed working on a fix for this? I have waited as patiently as I can through 2 forum downtime patches with absolutely no change. I have sent PMs to 3 different dev's in hope of something, I have opened 3 different website issue tickets (which do not even tell me they got opened). I am getting frustrated not because it's not fixed, but because of the complete lack of acknowledgment that I have an issue (as many others do) and that my issue is being looked at. Unless I missed it, it's not even clearly state it's on the known issue list.
Do I need to actually pick up a phone and spend a couple hours on the line to get my forum access fixed?
All I want is to know that devs are aware and are working on a fix for this issue. I don't care if it takes you 6 months to fix it, if I get an update on the forums once a week that you are still working on it, which I have no information of at this time.
Please update the status.

The problem has been acknowledged, unless there is something specifically wrong with your account or a small subset that I'm unaware of. If you have multiple subs under the same account, make sure you can't just scroll to the top of the page, where it says "Logged in as <your name>," click the down arrow and select the appropriate subscription. This was supposed to be fixed this morning so it should work.
If you still can't access that subscription, I suggest you submit a formal ticket rather than sending a PM to a dev. They get TONS of PMs and cannot possibly deal with all of them. If you think you have issues that are not addressed at all, check the very first post of this thread for the list. If you don't see it there, come back and post the issue as they do check this thread.

While we may not always respond in the forums, we are always monitoring them and working towards fixing/tweaking/adjusting things. And always honey rather than vinegar... Having said that...
You may need to log out and back into the community sites to see the update we pushed this morning. The update gives players access to all the LOTRO subscriptions under their account. If you have multiple LOTRO subscriptions, the "Logged in as" line at the top of the page will now feature a drop-down menu allowing you to switch between your subscriptions. You may also need to set a community nickname for the subscription the first time you switch to it.

These issues should be cleared up with today's update, but you may have to switch to your other subscription. Update: I am fixed, I just didn't know it. I only have one subscription, I only have ever had one subscription. If I goto my account's page on myaccount I only see one subscription. The issue is that it attached my 'game login' to nothing when it first converted on the forums, so now it thinks that is 'another' subscription. It isn't, but that's how it shows it. Now I have the drop down to pick my real subscription. So I have 2 drop downs, one is to my sub and another is to a bogus sub that never did exist. Must have been an error in the forum conversion that made it think it was another subscription. So while they were working and updating about that issue, it was also fixing mine, I just didn't know it.
As for looking at the beginning of the thread, yes I looked there and I didn't have trouble picking which sub, I only had my correct game account showing and nothing else.. I sent PM's out of desperation after waiting over a week and yes I know they are busy and probably wouldn't reply. I sent 3 different tickets because they don't acknowledge that they got your request so I didn't know if I had even had it succeed. It's a simple case of my issue was something different than what was described to me because it wasn't on a different sub, it just didn't have one at all.
Oh well.. I got this today..which did apparently seem to be the fix. Perhaps this text should be in the thread instead of people's emails.
A recent web update has resolved this issue. You can now choose which subscription you would like to log in with. Go to the LOTRO Player Portal Page and log in http://my.lotro.com/home/. Once you have logged in you can choose which subscription is displaying. In the upper right corner of the page you will see logged in as. There is now an arrow button, click it and choose the subscription you would like to log in with.

Here's one to add to the list for my.lotro. Most of the my.lotro is not functional, but I was at least able to make blog posts. Today, in addition to the other nonfunctional functions, I can no longer make blog posts.

On two of my accounts, I have characters missing from the dropdown menu. What is the procedure to get this corrected? I did not see this issue in the known issues list.
This so called "new" site is NOT an improvement! IT is ugly, hard to read and broken. This looks like something you would find on a cell phone and not a large screen at home. There is nothing appealing about it and has lots of errors. It certainly wasn't website ready. I find myself seldom using this site any more due to the above problems. Please fix this mess.

So are our custom widgets and pic link paths in older posts going to be restored or should we just cut our losses and re-do them ourselves? It's been 12 days since the update and the blogs are still pretty much the same as they were left on September 9.
I would like to get on with posting on my blog, and restore my stuff, but am hesitant as the next fix might wipe out any fixes that I make.

When using Firefox 3.6.x and using CTRL-+/- to zoom the screen the top toolbar (The one starting with "My LOTRO" ) will have the "My Kinships" button overlap the second row down when you zoom.

Tested this with current Opera 10.62 and this work's correctly.
It seems that in Firefox the width of the community site is not allowed to grow any wider but I do not know if this is a fault in Firefox or not.
In IE8 it's missing the last two buttons "My Characters" and "My Kinships" but it zooms correctly.

The Character signatures are not updating, mine shows a level 43 hunter when it is level 45, not sure when this broke.

Duwis- just want to give you a hearty pat on the back and cookies for the team working on the site. It's come a long ways since it first went live. Today's updates definitely addressed a number of things, and it's neat to look at that list in the first post of the thread and see how many things have managed to get crossed off and working. I like some of the changes made to the rep system as well with the comments. There is a slight issue there though, as when you're looking at your rep on the post (in that pop up box as if you were giving yourself rep). Positive rep is being listed as negative rep given, and I've also got a grey box on one post that says negative rep on that post (it might be, but not sure if that's also a glitch). Overall very impressed with the improvements and fixes today. Keep up the great work. It's getting better.

I did not see this on the first page in the initial post but any update on why some signatures are visable and others are not?
- New web site is still incredibly slow and unresponsive compared to the old site
- When I try to view my character details it starts to show my equipped items while the page is loading but once the page has loaded the area where my equipped items were is blank (just a big grey area). All I can see is my numerical stats.
- When I try to filter the PvMP leaders board by class the web page gives an error
