CSTM: The Fellowship’s Walk: A Child’s Play Event

This fall, a very special Fellowship will undertake one of the most epic journeys of virtual Middle-Earth. The Fellowship’s Walk is an online fundraising event for Child’s Play Charity, an organization providing toys and games to sick kids in hospitals.

On the traces of Frodo and his friends, our team of writers will walk from Bag End up to Rivendell, and maybe beyond. For every donation made to Child’s Play, our Fellowship will take one step further towards the healing house of Elrond.

This Child’s Play fundraising event will take place from September 23rd, the actual departure date of the original fellowship from the Shire, up to October 24th, when Frodo woke up in Imladris. Every night, at 9 p.m. (EST), the members of the Fellowship will walk the land on the Landroval server, moved by your generosity.

Fellowship’s Walk Official Launch Podcast

Join us for a special podcast announcing the official start of the Fellowship’s Walk for Child’s Play. We will be discussing the concept behind the event and how this event is helping the Child’s Play charity organization.

On Saturday October 9th, A Casual Stroll to Mordor will be hosting an online party celebrating the Fellowship’s Walk. Our goal is to encourage people to donate so that the Fellowship can move out of Bree, which is the $2,000 donation marker. Join the fun on Landroval, by the Pierson's Farm in Bree-Land, at 9 p.m. EST this Saturday, and get us out of Bree!
