Whenever I click on "My character settings" or try to use any services from mylotro - like character copy to Bullroarer, I get this:

Error: An error occured while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm having the same problem. For instance:

I click on the link in Sapience's thread to copy my character to BR and this loads:



I've tried this on Google Chrome and IE7.

What am I doing wrong?

same problem for past month now

We are coming up on 2mths with this problem now. (4mths since last fix)
Granted the 1st month could be passed off as teething problems due to Migration.
But this is going a bit too far.

But as stated in one of the other many threads about this problem.........

"There is no known solution or eta on a fix date"

We had a "will be up and running by the 4th july weekend"
It was, it opened 23:15 UK July 4, and it promptly closed on 00:01 July 5th

There are still servers missing from the list as well as charcters and Kins
They still havent fixed the Auto log-out bug

I am having the exact problem. I just thought it will be fixed auomatically over time, but after reading this threat, i don't think so anymore
Could someone please fix this as well? I just like to see my charakters outside the game as well...

It was just empty before, but last +- month I receive this error message

So migration from Europe still in progress? It takes longer time than swimming over the Atlantic
