    Is There Contact Information For Filing Complaints?

    Anywhere on the board? And, do grievances filter through Turbine still, or Warner?

    Anyone know?

    If you have a problem with billing, contact billing support.

    If you have a problem in game, you can contact the GMs.

    If you have some other problem, you can post it on the forums and hope someone relays it.

    Without a clue as to the nature of your complaint, it's hard to say what you need.

    It has to with something, that, I'm sure if I mention it, I'll receive a slap on the wrist.

    Let's try this. Say you go to hotel, stay the night, and the service is less than exemplary, in fact, down right insulting. Normally, you'd speak to the slac...erm, I mean, employee's manager.

    I want to talk to a manager.

    You can file a ticket directly via the support tool here. Choose the franchise and then the specific issue.
