I was gonna say... I wasn't sure, but the pic looked to me like the light shield that drops from Sword Halls occasionally (Celecthan My minstrel uses it for soloing, and my captain would love to get it, but hasn't been in there yet). Since I am not familiar with MOST of the drops that come out of the newer instances (In Their Absence + Ost Dunhoth, or the two newest ones), I wasn't sure if it might be from one of those.

For what it's worth, and not to patronize, but squishies get a hat almost identical to this (only with a white feather instead of pink/red/choral) in the intro. Not sure where else similar plumed, wide brimmed hats show up, but they are out there, in-game.

Dim-witted thinking out loud PS: So, you could roll an alt for 2 hours, get the hat in the intro, upon exit, bee-line for your wardrobe, put it in there, then delete alt, if you so chose..

It's all about the dye pattern.

I don't think you can buy these from light armour vendors. I've been wearing the long-sleeved version on my hobbit for over 4 years now and I'm pretty sure those are world drops from Lonelands. You can buy those on AH if you stalk there a little.

Now that the second Angmar rep mount is finally fixed, it's necessary to have a matching outfit (or rather, horses in LotRO are clearly fashion accessories).



Circlet from skirmishing; unfortunately the cloak (from the store) isn't so visible from this angle, but at least the color scheme matches!

I kind of wish I could automagically bind a cosmetic outfit to every steed when mounting up...
