Elven Campaigner leggings + armour (crafted), gloves of malmezel, winged circlet and raven cloak in gold (store).
Elf is wearing BG armour/legs/boots with OD helm in umber/blue/white versions, one with Rift Wig-Feld cloak (store or raid) + Dove cloak (store).
Bladecatcher Pauldrons (store) + silver version was a world drop.
Store Travellers Hood + Winged Circlet (skirmish)
Isengard Boots/gloves/cloak.
Cloak of the Mallorn (store) + Elegenat formal dress (store)
Wolf-Pelt leggings in black from a quest in archet lumber yard, but there's various other same styled ones, i think a craftable version but not sure what the name is.

Pretty sure that's a craftable Dwarf-make medium armour chest, undyed (level 40-something I suspect ~ ooh, check the Dwarf-make Campaigners' chest). The legs have the Westernesse look, but I don't know what they are (Maybe Westernesse Protectors' Legs?). The boots & gloves are from the new RoI pre-order cosmetic set (I use them in this way, myself, mixed & matched).

Only a toon that meets the equip requirements can put something into the wardrobe to be shared by the other toons. So yes, if your level 40 toon puts level 40 gear into the wardrobe, your level 20 can wear it. But the level 20 can't just put on the level 40 gear on her own.

When I saw the picture I knew I've just recently seen this, not sure if the campaigners chest can be dyed that way, this quest reward (lvl 43) definitely looks like it with the white sleeves:

Those leggings, being modelled more like real pants than the "spandex" of the other types, make the RoI boots "fit" much better... although I'd be very happy if they'd adjust them somewhat.

Besides... there's also that whole miniskirtish look thing going on...

In most of the other games the female clothing and armor is totally hot... but LOTRO has no female battle bikinis LOL.... You know those awesome sexy chain bikinis that the females wear in other games... Now that would be an interesting cosmetic clothing option LOL....

Only if we get something similar for male characters. Anybody still knows Slof's TES mods? If I get something of that style for Legolas, you may dress your female toon in a bikini. But I think the male playerbase wouldn't be able to bear that.
